Queen Cat
This piece started with an awful brown cat sporting a tarnished gold metal tail that had seen better days. It was buried in a box at an auction. I felt sorry for it and simply had to bring it home.
I thought the cat looked like she belonged to a royal family so I put a coat of deep purple paint on her body. I updated the gold into sparkling silver. I gave her a throne made of vintage (okay...old) wood and created a frame of purple and silver.
She looks like a queen to me!
Pink Cat
This dimensional pink cat has found a home on an old cabinet door. The size is approximately 23 inches by 12 1/2 inches wide.
