Bookcase

This piece was once a hutch. I didn't need a hutch. So I made it a bookcase. Everyone needs a bookcase. Of course, you can use it for many things other than books. I just like books. Lots and lots of books.

I used Dixie Belle Fluff and added Best Dang Wax in black to highlight areas of the piece. I love the way it turned out.

Bench

This piece came in basic black. I debated on whether it was a bench or a television table or something else entirely. I've had it for several years and never got around to painting it. I did, however, sit on it many times. So I decided it's a bench.

I used primer to turn it white, then used Dixie Belle Driftwood Chalk Paint as a base. I then lightly waxed it with Dixie Belle's black wax. I love how it turned out!
