This cabinet door table was simple and fun! I sanded the door down, then added two by fours I cut with a miter saw. Glue and screws make a wonderful team when it comes to securing wood to wood. Then I added four legs that were once on a chair.
Next I primed, sanded and primed again. Then I painted this turquoise base on it. I used lime sorbet green to create the squares and a lighter turquoise for the stripes. Deep purple polka dots add a little zest.
You can't see it in this photo but the legs have stripes as well, in all three colors.
I added a decorative paint sealer to protect the finish.
