This large dresser started out in dark oak. It was solid but not at all what the teenager wanted in her bedroom. Primer and numerous coats of Dixie Belle Cotton got rid of the dark color. Then I added Dixie Belle black wax to give it some accents and cut the starkness of the white. I used Dixie Belle's Gator Hide on top to give it a durable finish.
